What is Seaforest?

With the powerful combination of science and tradition, Seaforest was founded to promote environmentally responsible well-being. Unsatisfied with the quality of the supplements we saw on the market, we made the commitment to produce our own wellness products the right way.

Where do you source your ingredients from?

We gather our ingredients from around the globe, where they’ve nourished the mind and body for thousands of years. And our ingredients are traceable: for example, our mushroom extracts are sustainably sourced from the mountains of China, and our turmeric extract is sourced from farms in the southern regions of India.

What makes Seaforest different?

Seaforest is committed to blending traditional knowledge with scientific expertise. Our quality, sustainable products are harvested and packaged in the most eco-friendly manner possible. Unlike many companies, we do not use fillers, excipients, or artificial ingredients. Even our packaging is designed to limit the amount of virgin plastics in the supply chain.

What does sustainable wellness mean?

We believe many health products are sourced, produced, and packaged unethically. At Seaforest, we are committed to providing wellness products where the supply chain has minimal impact on the environment. That way, we can share nature’s kindness long into the future.

ORDERS

Where can I buy Seaforest products?

You can shop all of our products on our website and in select retail locations listed on our Stockists page.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please email us at hello@seaforest.co as soon as possible to make any changes to your order. We’ll try our best to help as long as your order hasn’t already been processed.

What forms of payment does Seaforest accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and UnionPay credit and debit cards. We also accept payment via online banking (FPX), digital wallets, and Atome. We do not store or have access to the card information in your account.

What should I do if my items arrive damaged and/or defective?

Please email us at hello@seaforest.co with a photo of the damaged item along with your order number, and we will make it right for you.

SHIPPING

Where do you ship to?

At the moment, we ship to Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei, Australia, New Zealand, and Hong Kong. If you’d like to receive Seaforest in a different part of the world, let us know at hello@seaforest.co. We’ll ask our team to get working on it!

How much does shipping cost?

MALAYSIA

We offer free shipping for orders over RM150. For orders under RM150, the following flat rates apply.

West Malaysia: RM9

East Malaysia: RM15

 

INTERNATIONAL

Shipping charges are based upon the value, weight, volume, and destination of your order and are calculated at checkout.

Do I have to pay customs and import charges?

Orders shipped to countries outside of Malaysia may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. Seaforest has no control over these charges and is not responsible for any reimbursement of customs fees or taxes.

Can I track my shipment?

Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email notification, which will provide a link to your order’s tracking details. If you do not see this email in your inbox, please check your spam folder. Alternatively, you can track your order here. You’ll need your order number and email address.

I received my tracking number but there aren’t any updates – is it still on the way?

Rest assured, your products are en route! Occasionally, the carrier takes 1–2 business days to provide tracking info once your order ships.

Can I expedite my shipping?

We do not offer expedited shipping at this time. If you have an urgent request, please reach out to us at hello@seaforest.co and we will be happy to help.

What type of shipping materials do you use?

We work hard to use biodegradable, recyclable, and reusable packaging, and our shipping boxes are produced locally from 100% recycled corrugated cardboard. Likewise, our box fillers are made from FSC-certified kraft paper and our packaging is sealed with recyclable, water-activated paper tape.

PRODUCTS

Are Seaforest products approved by the Ministry of Health?

Yes. All of our products have product registration numbers (e.g., MAL21036100TC), which are issued by National Pharmaceutical Regulatory Agency, a body of the Malaysian Ministry of Health.

Where can I find your ingredients?

Seaforest is clean, organic, and natural. You can find each product’s ingredients on its respective product page. See a list of ingredients we never use.

What are your capsules made from?

Our certified organic capsules are made from pullulan, a natural biodegradable polymer produced by the fungus Aureobasidium pullulans. More resistant to oxygen than its animal-based competitors, pullulan gives our products a long-lasting shelf life.

Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are manufactured locally in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. We partner with manufacturing facilities that are in compliance with the current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).

Are your products vegetarian and vegan?

Yes.

Are your products organic?

We use certified organic ingredients in our herbal supplements. Our herbal teas contain only pesticide-free ingredients.

Are your products non-GMO?

Yes. All of our products are non-GMO.

Are your products gluten-free?

Yes.

Can I take your products while pregnant or breastfeeding?

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, we recommend consulting a health-care provider before taking any of our products.

Can I take your products with medications?

If you are taking prescription medication, we recommend consulting your health-care provider before taking any of our products.

Is Seaforest packaging recyclable?

Our bottles are FDA approved and made in Australia from 100% post-consumer recycled plastic, which reduces our use of virgin plastics and the number of plastics in landfills and oceans. Both bottle and cap are recyclable.

Our teas’ boxes are made from Forest Stewardship Council (FSC)-certified paper and printed with soy-based ink. They are also recyclable.

RETURNS

Which courier companies do you use?

We currently use Ninja Van as our courier partner in Malaysia and DHL Express for international deliveries.

Can I return a product?

Generally, we do not accept returns. Please email us with any questions at hello@seaforest.co.
